“I wrote ‘She Thinks’ for everyone who’s been in a relationship where your partner overthinks everything you do, every word you write, and every choice you make. It’s for the folks who feel like they can never give enough reassurance that ultimately leads to the end of something that could have been great. This song was written when things were shifting between me and my now ex-girlfriend. I did the lyrics on my phone’s Voice Memos while driving to her house. It’s the most honest song I’ve written.”
